How to Make
For curry : Dip dehydrated bitter gourd slices in warm water (50 - 60 Celsius) for 30 Minutes for re-hydrate. Make the curries as usual way.
For fry : Fry with vegetable.
For herbal Tea : Dip 3,4 dehydrated bitter gourd slices in boiling water for 3-4 minutes and its ready to drink.
